The Information Center was founded in 1999 within program initiated by Departament of Nationalites et Ethnic Minorities from the Ministri of National Cultural Heritage for Minorites Public Libraries over the border. The Center workes within Bunyitai Vince Public Library from Oradea wich was founded in 1991, with the 36 thousand publications

Purpose of the Center:

• Keeping, seving and transmiting cultural values for the next generations of the minorites from the West of Romania named Partium.
• The development of the cultural life and reading ability of peoples (inhabitents).
• Organising special librarian trade. - Development of relations with adult education mouvement.
• Cross-border cooperation and training.
• Developing library computer networks.

Time table: Tuesday-Saturday (every day) 10,00-18,00
